Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy

BioTE bioidentical hormone replacement pellet therapy is a personalized approach to hormone replacement. Pellets are small capsules (about the size of a grain of rice) that contain bioidentical hormones (testosterone or estrogen). A bioidentical hormone is the exact chemical structure of hormones the body produces naturally.

Pellets are inserted under the skin, where the hormones enter the bloodstream continuously as they dissolve over several months. Studies show that patients may see the effects of hormone optimization in two to four weeks after a pellet insertion. Everyone is unique and some people may feel the effects immediately, while others may take up to two or more pellet insertions before they feel the full effects.

Methionine, an essential amino acid, helps the liver breakdown fats, lowers cholesterol, relieves fatigue and helps allergies by lowering histamine release. Inositol, a B vitamin, helps the breakdown of fats, lowers cholesterol, and helps control mood and appetite. L-Carnitine will assist in converting body fat to fuel and elevate certain enzymes needed to metabolize sugars, starches, and other carbohydrates.  It is used to facilitate fatty acid oxidation, aiding in the reduction of body fat, both systemically and site specifically.

Amlexanox 40 mg is an anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic compound that has been proven to help with weight loss by reversing obesity, diabetes and fatty liver and increasing metabolism. Bupropion 90 mg and Naltrexone 8 mg (same as in FDA approved Contrave) decreases cravings and makes you feel full faster.

Semaglutide/B12

Semaglutide is a FDA approved once-weekly subcutaneous injection GLP-1 agonist for weight loss. It works to enhance the growth of beta cells in the pancreas, which are sites of insulin production. The New England Journal of Medicine's publication of the STEP trial revealed more than 50 percent of trial participants lost 15 percent of their body weight, and between 33 to 40 percent are losing 20 percent of their body weight. Semaglutide will delay gastric emptying by reducing glucagon secretion in a glucose-dependent manner. The delay in gastric emptying can reduce appetite, improve control of eating, and reduce food cravings.

Sermorelin/Glycine

Sermorelin is a synthetic hormone peptide composed of 29 amino acids. It’s similar in structure to a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It’s commonly utilized to optimize growth hormone levels in adults, while offering a variable IGF-1 increase. Sermorelin works to improve hormonal balance and enhance energy, burn fat, increase lean muscle, improve sleep quality, enhance memory, sex drive and more, by stimulating the production and release of hormones by the pituitary. Glycine is an amino acid that can also act as a neurotransmitter. Research has shown that it can also help to stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone without increasing prolactin levels. When these two are coupled together, synergistically you maximize their effectiveness.

Fat Loss Cream 

Aminophylline and glycyrrhetinic acid transdermal cream is used for fat loss. Aminophylline and glycyrrhetinic prevent cAMP breakdown. Cyclic AMP (cAMP) works by activating protein kinase A (PKA) which assists in glycogen, sugar, and lipid metabolism. Aminophylline has displayed topical fat reduction from the waist.
